System and network administrator in the XaaS Department

(Place of work: Warsaw or Remote)

The person employed in this position will be responsible for:
  • Maintaining part of a complex shared network/system infrastructure
  • Implementing and maintaining networks and systems in dedicated client environments
  • Handling customer requests as part of second/third line of support.
  • Cooperate with other support teams to implement changes
We expect candidates from:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in system and network administration in complex environments
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the administration of Firewall / UTM systems (Cisco, Fortigate)
  • Knowledge about computer networks at the CCNA / CCNP level (especially knowledge of routing protocols)
  • Experience in working with Enterprise-class network/server hardware
  • Knowledge of Linux systems at the RHCSA level
  • Knowledge of Bash, Perl. Scripting languages
  • Experience with at least 1 virtualization system (KVM / VMWare / Hyper-V / Proxmox)
  • Communicative knowledge of English in speech and writing
  • Reliability, responsibility and care for safety.
  • High level of team collaboration skills
Nice to have skills:
  • Experience in the administration of mass storage systems
  • Knowledge in the field of ITIL and the ability to work on registration systems
  • Knowledge of configuration management systems (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, SaltStack)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft server systems.
  • Communicative knowledge of Polish in writing

Cloud administrator in the XaaS Department

(Place of work: Warsaw or Remote)

The person employed in this position will be responsible for:
  • Maintaining Cloud environment based on Openstack
  • Monitoring, solving incidents, problems and making changes within the systems being maintained
  • Implementation of projects related to the development of Cloud
  • Communication with the client and other support teams within ticketing system
We expect candidates from:
  • Minimum one year of experience in maintaining of Openstack production environments
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Linux system administration
  • deep technical knowledge of Openstack elements, such as: Nova, Cinder, Glance, Keystone, Swift, Telemetry (Ceilometer & Gnocchi)
  • experience in the Ceph administration.
  • Awareness of network dependencies in complex Cloud environments
  • Communicative knowledge of English in speech and writing
  • Knowledge of ITIL
  • Reliability, responsibility and care for safety.
  • High level of team collaboration skills
Nice to have skills:
  • Experience in network administration in complex environments or knowledge at the CCNA level
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows systems administration
  • Knowledge of administration of SAN mass storage systems
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g.: Bash, Perl, Python)
  • Knowledge of environments supporting administrations (ie. Nagios, Puppet, Zabbix, MySQL)
  • Knowledge of administration of Vmware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V environments
  • Hand-on experience with Enterprise-class server hardware
  • Communicative knowledge of Polish in writing
